Mr. Kuldip Singh Randhawa (RR) is a professional engineer without a license who has branded himself through a website called “Real Randhawa (RR)”. www.realrandhawa.com
RR was not suspended by his peers who delivered a suspension of “zero” months. The suspension was taking away the professional seal which was done by corrupt officials who wanted RR to breach the Engineer’s Act and breach ethics, where RR was expected to, and sort of accept; “that a water tank without pipes, will operate”. The truth is, there was no water tank even built. The structure built at a location unknown, was a structure built to have the appearance of a water tank. APEGBC is involved in crimes and this body was not involved in regulation, but setting up RR as part of an insurance scam. If Justices do not want to correct the injustices, perhaps RR should now disclose this info to all Consulting Engineering Firms where the Professional Engineers are bound to be ethical in the year 2024. Where RR will be requesting friends, former clients, family, other professional engineers, sheriffs, Vancouver staff, to write support letters for RR, or better still, write a complaint to APEGBC on behalf of RR on some date to be announced.
Real Randhawa
Kuldip Singh Randhawa is the Real Randhawa (“RR”). He is passionate about Justice Reform through accountability. An activist and published author, with exceptional professionalism and expertise, but with some regret, has considerable issues. He is willing to work with other organizations and freedom fighters.

Summary of crimes against RR include:
– Fraudulent Regulatory Investigation of a water tank that was not even constructed, to set up a professional engineer.
– Tax Fraud involving the Canadian Revenue Agency colluding with former Partners who stole fills, and soils and did tax fraud in CRA fully aware.
– Theft of shares of a hi-rise site where the oppression proceeding is commenced in deceiving a family member in the United Kingdom.
– Targeting and interfering with the family of the Real Randhawa where life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness are gridlocked.
– Interrupting life and businesses where continuous crimes are then shared by lawyers and Justices, where the RCMP / Police do not investigate.
– Identity theft involving Citizenship and Immigration Canada where Nationality is altered on the Permanent Resident Card.
– Subjected to three (3) car (accidents) incidents all rear-ended with minor impacts to disrupt legal proceedings set before Madame Justice Murray.
Those who invest and want to come to Canada, are made fully aware of the state of affairs here, which are evil and demonic.
Numerous lawyers, Masters, Justices and Registry Staff are aware that these are crimes and have not come forward, and now need to act at Godspeed.
Genealogy of Randhawa Name
The word “Randhawa” is derived from two terms, “Rann” which means war and “dhawa” which means to attack. Hence Randhawa may be known as a warrior who attacks in a war with great courage and valor.
Randhawa is associated with being a royal blooded clan and also considered at the peak of the Jatt pyramid. Randhawa clan was earlier a part of the great Rajputs, the well known warriors of the Indian soil, which had ruled from 6th century to 20th century. After the founding of Sikhism during the Mughal era, the royal clan of Randhawa converges into Sikhs as warriors to enhance the Sikh Empire. RR will add to this Genealogy, will be writing to wikipedia, and is in the process of writing a book about the Randhawa clan. Randhawa’s are known to be wise, and in being humanitarian, have a great sense of fairness.
Sikh history is full of stories of problems being solved by Randhawa’s. Whenever there was a dispute to be settled, a group of Randhawa’s would be sent to resolve issues that were not being resolved in society. The first Granthi (is NOT a priest) of Harminder Sahib, aka the Golden Temple, was Baba Buddha Ji (note that, Baba Budha Ji – translated as a prominent elder who is very old) was a Randhawa. A clear message is sent to all Sikhs, and people of other religions, to be proud of your heritage. The evil and demonic activity that has emerged in Canada (and other countries) is harming all faiths, and must be resolved at God speed. In reaching out to all Canadians, for the love of humanity, become aware of the reality. Randhawa is proud of the Fringe Minority. He will defend his family and his sense of fairness in going before Justices, should not be seen as a “weakness”, but a desire to correct the legal system that is not a Justice System at present. CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER NOTICE
Investigate these crimes taking place within Canadian Institutions and within the Courts. No point having words like, Compassion, Integrity, Accountability, Serve & Protect, and all that, on the police buildings when the crimes are not going to be investigated.
If the Police in Canada is incapable of understanding the professional white-collar crimes and crimes by the judiciary then appoint RR under some “Special Investigations Unit”. This Nation is in serious problems, so act with Godspeed!
Justices who say. “Randhawa you are a vexatious litigant“, is simply a means to permit the crimes to continue and protect those involved in crimes, where those crimes are known to compromised and corrupt lawyers, Masters and Justices who are actually aiding and abetting the institutional crimes.
Any Justice of the Supreme Court needs to answer my question of law, “How does one fill or empty a water tank that has no inlet or outlet pipes?”
Start taking some responsibility and order an investigation of the Court System. Setting up a Professional Engineer and not investigating those professional engineers involved in criminal activity, is not a frivolous or vexatious matter, it is a meritorious claim where the Courts are duty bound, under law to investigate.
When the first Nations children that were killed and buried were discovered, the reconciliation day was introduced. Then, so-called vaccines are injected that were not tested. Presumably, another reconciliation day will be introduced. Is the Prime Minister Justine Trudeau going to continue to introduce “Reconciliation Days in Canada, 1, 2, 3…. like some Terminator Movies, and say, “I will be back with another Reconciliation Day”.
Canada is at present on its way to a Police State, and severe civil unrest. A clear and present danger notice is now in force to correct and restore democracy.
Clear and present danger: a doctrine adopted by the Supreme Court of the United States to determine under what circumstances limits can be placed on the First Amendment, on freedoms of speech, press, or assembly. The test was replaced in 1969 with Brandenburg v Ohio’s on the imminent lawless action test. This test, or an equivalent law, applies to Canada or any democracy.
Simply put, Justices cannot prevent victims from entering the Court to speak what is permitted under Absolute Privilege. In closing, may God save this Land from the tranny and madness!
Connections & Affiliations with RR
RR sees the need for developing a greenhouse business, from small to large-scale models with a patented system that is being developed.
RR wants to develop and partner for a large-scale land development project for independent living that is off-the-grid living, with solar or alternative energy sources. Government grants and angel investors are required and a desire to work with the indigenous groups.
RR has a strong desire to develop a civil rights association that is focused on reforming Justice by holding accountable those who are corrupt and dysfunctional institutions whilst restoring Justice and correcting injustices. For the Public Accountability Office (Civil Rights Organization), a twenty-one-strong team of justice advocates is required.
RR has the desire to work with someone on developing a healthcare and/or clinic business to provide innovative health services focusing on healthcare and wellness products.
RR sees the need to become a publisher where his books with other interested parties can write about the crimes of institutions and acts of bad faith. Anyone interested in this business that will take on average 3 days in the month can contact RR. Each book can be launched every month. As a self published author he is reaching out to Traditional Publishers for a book deal.
RR sees a real need in Canada where the media has failed, to make videos of Acts of Bad faith, where such activity must be removed from Canadian society. This will allow RR to make additional income to overcome the financial difficulty until the injustices of the judiciary is corrected, and delayed Justice is achieved with damages. RR sees a real need for branding for a real change to take place, so he is reaching out to any corporation in the business of branding, for a complete range of products to be made in order that all Canadians can become aware of the acts of bad faith and condescending attitudes that still remain. To make Canada free from corruption and very productive this branding is needed where RR has many quotes and ideas. The interested firm must be prepared to share the profits. RR has a strong desire to develop a documentary program. Upon having a sponsor or access to his own funds, which are intentionally held back, RR will make twenty-one informative documentaries that will be aired on many media outlets and television. These will be informative and highly accurate documentaries to correct many injustices taking place in Canada, and will be developed over two to three years. These documentaries will set the path for this Nation to correct itself. There are at least two primary documentaries on the Indigenous Groups. RR fully understands the suffering of the Indigenous Groups, and is reaching out as much as possible. Anyone interested can contact RR.
RR has seen considerable frustration and misdirection within the protest groups. Some of this frustration is fuelled by the lack of response from the Sikh community, although RR has a realization of this non-response and understands it. The divide and rule policies of the Government are lending itself towards a clash amongst the various faiths. A program where learned individuals who are versed and reasonably knowledgeable of two or more different faiths, a program must be established that will encourage the establishment of Inter-Faith Ministers. For example, there is a need for Christians to stand behind “The Golden Rule, which is: the principle of treating others as one would expect to be treated themselves”. Similarly, “Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji which tells us: ‘Look upon all with equality, for the Divine Light resides in everyone. ‘

RR is passionate and a person of intellect. He will speak without cost at Freedom rallies if invited and available, except for events he will speak where his travel expenses are covered at major events. A Professional Engineer has to think out of the box to survive demonic and evil acts whilst ensuring that change will only come if one speaks about it. So reach out to RR
RR has missed many of his family events, so he is prepared and willing to attend weddings, and as a Freedom Fighter, he will speak and inspire at wedding events and special occasions where the newlyweds will be uplifted and blessed. RR has many stories to tell about past events that the new generation needs to hear and be proud of their religion and culture. RR respects all religions and so such invites are openly accepted from all religious faiths. RR says it is time to spread some love and educate.
RR is reaching out to the World Sikh Organization one last time. RR has reached out to the WSO that has not acted fairly towards RR as a Civil Rights Organization in protecting the rights of a Sikh. RR needs to know the reasons for this ignorance. This matter can be resolved in private, perhaps an event can be held to honor an individual who has respected and done Seva, who in turn has been ignored for sometime. RR is an intellect, and understands much, and needs to commence a Civil Rights Organizations that will assist many. When the Sikh Gurdwara was opened up in Kamloops and on 132nd Street, Surrey, B.C. where RR was not treated correctly. Perhaps, we should start here.
Recognizing that WSO has ignored RR for over a decade, it is essential to have a very clear and in-depth understanding of the reasons for WSO ignoring RR, as a Sikh who was involved in doing “Seva” (community service).
RR wants to solely initiate a WSO Program in honor of a past member, President of WSO, the uncle of RR who has passed away, Mr Kashmir Singh Bains. RR is a very fair-minded person and very reasonable. However, some form of settlement is required with WSO by the end of March 31, 2024
RR has been fighting corruption, and a member of the protest Groups, and feels that the divisions being created by the many, must be dealt with. The views of some are so far apart, that divisions are naturally being created through misunderstandings. RR wants to do much, and will not tolerate misinformation and any further character assassination that is caused by those who do not fully understand. Freedom Groups must appreciate that there are a number of programs and websites that are being sponsored by Institutions that are corrupt. For example, a website or article on vexatious litigants, will be sponsored by the Department of Justice that wants to benefit from the abuse of rule 18, which is the highest abuse in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
RR strongly believes that it is important that all Freedom Groups sponsor this website. Any independent member who knows RR and wants to work with him can sponsor at a personal level. All sponsorships are subject to approval from RR and some will be invited.
RR has realized for some time that Rule 18 on vexatious litigants has been abused but not to the extent of that abuse being a judicial scam. It involves numerous organizations and institutions. It is repeatedly used to obstruct justice and physically harm litigants when an institution is involved in a crime. Finding a solution to this will be a challenge as many are now involved in crimes. Thus RR intends on forming an Association and requires those interested to contact him.
RR and many professionals have been harmed. Whilst many organizations exist for civil rights and human rights, the harm to RR has continued where the crimes are simple to understand. Many engineers, doctors, nurses, etc, have been harmed. Many professionals have been wrongly accused where science has been ignored, for the government agenda to be played out or considerable mismanagement. The lack of concern by Canadians is troubling. Special Note to the Family of RR
Truth will always prevail, so if former lawyers of RR do not act by January 31st, 2024 then the RR family has an option to directly settle with RR in 2024.
Always remember, that a lawyer who is involved in crimes cannot act for any client and charge fees which must be returned. Those lawyers who did not act for RR must settle and act without delay.
The settlement process with family essentially involves three stages.
a) an act of good faith, followed by
b) acceptance of the truth, and
c) an event under Sikh values of Gurmata.
