Mr. Kuldip S Randhawa (“RR”) is a determined individual who has endured a great deal of hardship and is now seeking partnerships and affiliations to share his experiences and expertise.
RR intends on becoming an expert in the correction of injustices and reconciling families, holding those culprits accountable under the law.
In the interim (2023) he seeks:
1. Legal Advocacy and connecting with organizations and individuals who specialize in human rights and social justice issues. These entities can provide guidance and support in addressing the injustices and potentially help him seek legal remedies.
2. Community Organizations that focus on advocating for justice and supporting marginalized groups, raising awareness, and effecting change.
3. Networking and invitations to attend conferences, workshops, and seminars related to human rights and social justice, to connect with like-minded individuals and organizations working towards similar goals.
4. Publishing and Media organizations to contact him where he intends to publish more books, to share his experiences, and raise awareness about the injustices he has faced. Additionally, reaching out to media outlets, both mainstream, and alternative, may provide opportunities to shed light on his story and engage with a broader audience.
5. Online Communities and Forums: Engaging with online communities and forums that focus on justice and reconciliation can help him connect with individuals who share his passion and can offer advice, support, and potential collaborations.
A litigant who has been harmed by numerous Justices is not required to be civil in Court as a fundamental right of a victim who has been harmed by administrators of Justice in a Court that operates outside of the law.
RR will, however, remain civil in the year 2023.
RR requires, in fact, demands that the appropriate authorities in Canada which are still functional take action, whereas victims always have the right to exercise Citizen’s arrest for those involved in crimes.
These individuals involved in crimes must be removed from Society to prevent further harm to victims. RR requires the above, as does the Law after being correctly applied and understood.
