The crimes that have taken place against RR, retrospectively are against the family of RR and are by many Canadian Institutions, where some lawyers within these Institutions have been involved in serious crimes where these crimes are supported by about seven (7) Justices of the Supreme Court of British Columbia (and many other individuals, some unknown at this time are involved).

This criminal activity by the judiciary is hereby openly published, for the purview of the Supreme Court of Canada, and all investigating agencies in Canada which are still functional and not compromised. These matters cannot be solved by the same Court that has involved itself in these crimes. 

These illegal activities in Court under the law are an “extensive judicial conflict of interest” which is beyond criminal negligence.

The crimes involve cultural exploitation, where partners and family are made scapegoats, through deception, deceit, and threats. It involves criminal entrapment, so the blame is passed onto the ethnic community; whilst those who have committed the crimes appear standing with clean hands. 

Now, the ethnic community is at odds with each other and is targeted to take the blame.

Modern-day colonialism still thrives and exists. Divide and rule to take over a Nation (that was to be colonized) is now where people are divided, controlled, and entrapped, to do fraud. 

Those who wanted to reconcile, now will not want to reconcile. 

Those who want to be decent and lawful will ignore the law as it has no real value anymore. 

If the law is weaponized, then it is not legal.

The crimes against RR include:

– Fraudulent Regulatory Investigation of a water tank that was not even constructed, to set up a professional engineer.

– Tax Fraud involving the Canadian Revenue Agency colluding with former Partners who stole fills, and soils and did tax fraud in CRA fully aware.

– Theft of shares of a hi-rise site where the oppression proceeding is commenced in deceiving a family member in the United Kingdom.

– Targeting and interfering with the family of the Real Randhawa where life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness are gridlocked.

– Interrupting life and businesses where continuous crimes are then shared by lawyers and Justices, where the RCMP / Police do not investigate.

–  Identity theft involving Citizenship and Immigration Canada where Nationality is altered on the Permanent Resident Card.

Those who invest and want to come to Canada, are made fully aware of the state of affairs here, which are evil and demonic.
