Professional Engineers in Canada, are not part of any union and are competing with each other to gain projects. Such competition amongst professional engineers does not mean that professional courtesy be dismissed, that a professional engineer who has been victimized for decades, can be dismissed and ignored by other professional engineers.

To describe the situation where a Regulatory Body such as the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (APEGBC), is not involved in regulation but supporting professional engineers/firms that have been involved in crimes. This deep-rooted racism, professional bias, and supporting a crime in which APEGBC is itself involved. Then, it becomes a scam of grand proportion.  

RR is of the firm view that these scams in Canada are known to Justices of the Supreme Court and Senior Justices, like Chief Justice Christopher Hinkson. Sufficient documentation has been sent by RR in excess of five years.

Part of the problem appears to be that Justices have considerable respect from those who believe in Canada, even where an error occurs or a bias exists. However, what is being discussed here, is neither an error, nor bias, but intentional abuse of the judiciary in supporting crimes, where such respect for Justices, must now cease to exist. 

The word assassination is stated below:

the premeditated act of killing someone suddenly or secretly, especially a prominent person: Example – The meticulous way in which the journalist’s assassination was carried out has led to suspicions that his killers were professionals working for state security. 

In some extreme cases, causing an induced death of the Professional Engineer, is a physical assassination. It starts with the character assassination. 

Therefore, the combined acts of the many who ignore, prevent entry into the Court, where the law and legal processes are weaponized, are contributing to the physical assassination. The Institutions are instruments of fraud, equivalent to causing a Judicial Murder, or the very least, Judicial Manslaughter. The situation created is to ensure that the person who fighhts this form of corruption is to commit suicide. RR is a firm person of strong will, high character, and a prominent person. RR will never commit suicide. Many have died. Many have been imprisoned who were likely set-up by the Sheriff’s. Many were  mentally harmed and then such statements are made by Justices like Madame Justice Murray, as were made to RR; to ridicule a victim whilst aware of the crimes of lawyers at Lawson Lundell, LLP. This statement is verifiable from the transcript hearings before Madame Justice Murray in the Gateway proceedings.
