Legally Correct Document (LCD)
A Legally Correct Document (LCD) is a copyrighted product created by RR, where examples (legal reports) of real cases that RR has solved, will be available online from January 2024 and onwards. People who purchase LCD reports have permission to use a similar approach subject to certain terms and conditions. Eventually, this approach will be made available to many, particularly to victims.
The benefit of the LCD is that it helps prosecute those involved in fraud, crimes, and acts of bad faith. By prosecuting the corrupt, it aims to correct corrupt nations. If there is an Order of the Court and a Justice who may be considered corrupt has made incorrect determinations in acts of bad faith, an LCD can be prepared and be directly presented to another Justice who is not corrupt. This helps immediately correct any wrongdoing and prevent further judicial deceit.
For example, an LCD upon being prepared, can be used to resolve a dispute over shareholding or prove that a water tank, which was under regulatory investigation, was never actually built. This approach is useful when a Justice is bound to follow the law, when criminal investigations are done, thus eliminating the need for victims to face further harassment by Sheriffs or intimidation from Registry staff.
An order which is issued and has serious flaws, or inconsistencies, is not legally correct, and as such that document is not a legal document. In the application and execution of the LCD, previous orders can be corrected, altered, or even set aside. A summary court application is required before an honest Justice, where the Sheriffs and Registry staff will now not obstruct Justice.
The LCD can be used on its own or in conjunction with another Notice, such as a Notice to Correct, which is briefly explained in the next section. The LCD is a powerful legal instrument for investigating officers who wanted to take action but were reluctant due to not being legally trained.
