Notice to Seize and Retract (c)
A Legal Notice is a notice that cannot be simply dismissed as it is associated with abiding with or remaining within the law. It alerts the receiver to a violation or some lawful wrongs that are intentional acts that must be corrected.
A Notice to cease and desist is one such existing Notice where it prevents a person from ruining the character, putting an end to causing libel and slander. Under abuse and protectionism, where those who are guilty of wrongs are never being investigated, the Notice is ignored. Thus, a false determination issued by APEGBC against RR has remained for close to two decades. The damages remain to be paid to RR, and calculated over the length of time of the libel.

The damages are accumulative in the wrongs not being corrected. For the crimes of those who have not been investigated, and who need to be held accountable, the punishment is increased.

A Professional Engineer who made the error in a calculation, cannot say that the Client was responsible for that error that was made in the calculation.
Similarly, a lawyer who deceives a client is fully responsible. In the RR matters, RR actually informed the law firms and the lawyers, to stop the crimes or stop supporting the crimes of Canadian Institutions. They should have stopped!
