Numerous business corporations and the public are becoming aware of the improper activities taking place in Canada. 

 

RR is certain that numerous Trade Boards across the Nation have a primary function, and a responsibility to find solutions and deal with this form of institutional discrimination where crimes have openly occurred for decades. 

 

To stay away from corrupt individuals is actually a requirement under the law, and now needed to send a clear message that fraud by lawyers is unacceptable. 

 

Trade Boards can do much here as every business has the right to fair treatment. Further, the Trade Boards and business organizations, throughout the Nation, are cautioned by RR, that having corrupt or compromised lawyers on staff, or on the Board, these lawyers may end up passing on criminal liability.  

 

Fairtrade is a requirement in a Nation that considers itself a democracy. Therefore, when some corporations are denied equal opportunity, and further denied access to Justice, it is only correct that some other corporations will give and provide resources to the deprived and targeted individual corporations. 

 

Some obvious words of wisdom. It is not the function of Officers of the Court, to deceive the client or the public, and especially, to deceive the Court. 

 

The latter activity is termed as, “Fraud before the Court”.
